The Mordialloc by the Bay Fine Food, Wine and Music Festival, returns to Peter Scullin Reserve, Beach Road, Mordialloc for an action-packed weekend on Saturday 13th March (11am to 10.30pm) and Sunday 14th March (11am to 6pm).
