She believes that localized  trade is less carbon intensive. It is at a human scale where we can act responsibly. Globalisation for example flies fish to China to be processed or Macadamia nuts to be cracked then flown back here. Dr  David Shearman and Dr Melissa Haswell have collaborated to alert us to the great danger of opening up new gas wells eg in the NT. WA and QLD .
