Transport

Wednesday, 3 February 2016 - 9:00am to 10:00am

City Limits starts off the new year with an analysis of what's in the papers. Then we get onto public transport issues, such as the scandal of the the worn away train wheels, new train networks in Asia, the fixing of the level crossings at trains stations in Melbourne, and the effect that privatisation has had on the transport system. Our regular transport critic John McPherson appears on this show, as well as Dr John Stone from the University of Melbourne who is doing research into how effective privatisation of the public transport system in Victoria has been for delivering results for the money spent.

Wednesday 9:00am to 10:00am
