City Limits

Wednesday, 24 July 2019 - 9:00am to 10:00am

Kevin and Meg discuss the news of the day (except Boris). We feature an interview from Dirt Radio about Djap Wurrung Embassy and protecting the sacred birthing tree. The breaking news from the jap Wurrung Embassy is that police have advised bulldozers will be in today. If you can get up there or donate, please do.  https://dwembassy.com/

Sacred birthing trees on Djap Wurrung country need protecting. Over 50 generations have been born on these sites & the birthing trees themselves are 800 years old. We are protecting them from Vic Labour Party’s planned highway extension that is set to destroy this dreaming landscape.

Wednesday 9:00am to 10:00am
Urban environment issues, analysing government services, both federal and state and local campaigns.
