City Limits - Tree-Sitting to Save Errinundra

Wednesday, 10 February 2021 - 9:00am to 10:00am

This week Meg and Zeb talk to Isaac Caarne, from a tree-sit 40 metres up a giant Eucalypt tree.

Protesters are occupying an area of forest about to be logged on the Errinundra Plateau in East Gippsland, one of the last areas left unscathed by the fires.

Despite advice from the Government’s Environment Department that logging in the area should not go ahead, VicForests is still planning to log the area.
