Environmental Protection Agency updates

Environmentalists are urging the Victorian Environmental Protection Agency to follow its NSW counterpart and declare the industrial release of carbon dioxide as a pollutant to be regulated.

NSW has become the first state to move towards a system that would eventually require companies across the state to curb emissions or potentially face fines.
