The strange case of Scots College boys bypassing HSC and instead studied a 17 week diploma to gain access to University of Sydney- Diploma of Tertiary Preparation- these are the only boys to have access to diploma. Forget about education for all- in the market place all that matters is the parental bank balance and cold hard cash.
