Retired lawyer and Refugee Action Collective activist Max Costello, is back in the studio following his appearance last week to continue the discussion about the High Court’s ruling that indefinite immigration detention is unlawful. 

Josephine Langbien, a senior lawyer who is working to defend the rights of refugees and people seeking asylum at the Human Rights Law Centre also comes on the show to discuss the High Court ruling.
