Big Ride for Gaza

A 5km peaceful solidarity bike ride at family pace weaving through the city and up to the State Library for the rally. 

Meet at Princes Park Fountain (Small Ornamental Lake) 11am before the protest. 

In solidarity with the Gaza Sunbirds.

Bring bells, whistles, flags, kuffiyehs and wear your favourite Palestinian colours.

This community bike ride aims to bring people together in a peaceful manner in solidarity with the Gaza Sunbirds and the Palestinian people as we continue to advocate for a permanent ceasefire and an end to the occupation. 

The Gaza Sunbirds are a Para-Cycling team based in the Gaza Strip, made up of athletes who are disabled as a direct result of the Israeli occupation.

Join cyclists from around the globe riding to uplift the lives of the Sunbirds, supporting their right to joy and acknowledging the love and work they give to their community.
