For this episode of Bunjil’s Fire, Bunjileenee Robbie Thorpe and guest host puralia meenamatta - Jim Everett are joined by special guests Ruth Langford and Teanau Tuiono.

Jim Everett - puralia meenamatta is a Turbuna man from the plangermairreenner clan in so-called Tasmania. He is a writer and activist who has recently been protesting the destruction of forestry in the Styx Valley of the Giants.

Ruth Langford is a Yorta Yorta woman living in so-called Tasmanina, with a diverse background in environmental activism, social justice, youth work and the arts.

Teanau is an activist, advocate, organiser and the Greens First Pasifika MP, with Cook Islands and Māori heritage. He is working at the intersection of indigenous rights and environmental issues. And will discuss the impacts of AUKUS military pact in Aotearoa and the Pacific Islands.
