7:03 am Jacob Andrewartha reports back on last nights Public Housing Defense Network public meeting about the State Labor governments sell-offs of Public Housing in Brunswick which attracted over 150 people and coming out of the meeting was a pledge to support a rally on the 9th of November organised by a coalition of different housing activist groups. 

7:08 am news from Green Left Weekly refugee activists campaigning against the deportation of Huyen a Vietnamese woman who is threatened of being deported by the Border force.
