Special Round-Table Discussion on #COVID19 and the Failures of Capitalism

Friday, 10 April 2020 - 7:00am to 8:30am

Featuring the latest news in activist campaigns and struggles against oppression fighting for a better world with anti-capitalist analysis on current affairs and international politics.

Our program this week features a special round-table discussion with our presenters Jacob, Meghan and Zane discussing the various facets about the COVID-19 crisis how it reveals the systematic inequalities of Capitalism, the inadequacy of the response of our government, the problems of authortarianism, and the need to build political power independent from the State and how the nature of the crisis reinforces the argument that ordinary people should be the ones to run society collectively and not the rich and powerful who have failed us.

The discussion drew on the following articles from Green Left
