Wendy Rule is a true creative force—an independent, free spirit who has woven a meaningful life by blending her spiritual path with her music. Born a Scorpio in Sydney, Wendy's early years shaped her artistic vision. At just 15, she began singing with rock bands, and her growing interest in the esoteric eventually led her to become a practicing witch. Embracing Wiccan philosophy, she incorporates this spirituality into her life and work, while also leading creativity and meditation workshops.

Since her debut solo album Zero in1996, Wendy has released nine major albums and performs regularly across Australia, the USA, and Europe. Her music resists conventional labels, fusing elements of gothic, folk, world, ambient, and cabaret, while drawing on Pagan and New Age influences through her frequent references to mythology, esoteric ideas, and ritual. Both prolific and entirely original, Wendy Rule continues to chart her own course, always true to her distinct creative vision.
