This week Sam Bond from APHEDA talks about what they are doing with a special shout out for a fund raise starring Painters and Dockers for Timor-Leste who are experiencing a dual catastrope  with a Covid out break and the after affects of a major weather event that has flooded Dili displacing 12,000 residents.
