My Melbourne is a 3CR project for Disability Day 2012. Five people with disability who live, work and play in the City of Melbourne share their diverse experiences of the city – inner-city residents who love the urban life, artists and activists raising awareness of the lived experience of disability, and changing opportunities for workers, students and athletes.
Thanks to Maysa, Brenda, Maria, and Leigh for taking part, and to producers Nicole Hurtubise, Gab Reade, James Teekan, Liz Wright and Helen Gwilliam. For more information contact the Project Coordinator, Juliet Fox.
These stories were produced at 3CR community radio in Fitzroy, with financial support from the City of Melbourne.
