Remember - shared stories save lives and that together we can reach those who are still suffering through public information avenues like 3CR Living Free. Our dedicated team of volunteers is keeping the channel open and our volunteer guest speakers are sharing their recovery stories.
You can support 3CR's by donating (https://www.3cr.org.au/donate) or becoming a Subscriber (https://www.3cr.org.au/subscribe) and assist 3CR to stay on air and host our podcasts.
As at 1st August 2024 we have 343 Podcasts available to listen to for free. You can find them at https://www.3cr.org.au/livingfree/episodes or on your favourite podcast platform.
The 3CR Living Free Show has been going for around 25 years. Our current co-hosts, Ann, Bill and Mitch and our guests volunteer their time and to come into the 3CR studio to share their experience live on radio to influence worthwhile change.
Each week, we highlight one of the programs that assist recovery from food and drug addiction, gambling and alcohol plus their family members, including: Food Addicts in Recovery Anonymous, Overeaters Anonymous, Gamblers Anonymous, Alcoholics Anonymous, Narcotics Anonymous, Al-Anon Family Groups, Adult Children of Alcoholics and SMART Recovery. Our guests share their recovery experience and hope that their story can encourage others who want to change their lives. Recovery stories help others identify their problems and offer a way out.
We have a weekly cycle that repeats each month, except for special 3CR events:
