This week 3CR welcomes its new Station Manager, Loretta O'Brien. Loretta has worked at the station for 6 years in administration and finances and brings not only a wealth of knowledge about the station and the sector but also a strong academic understanding of running not for profits having completed a Master in Public Advocacy and Action specialising in management of NGOs.

"I'm looking forward to the year's challenges - we've got digital radio, a conservative Victorian government and an ever-increasing number of people who simply don't get a voice in the mass media". Loretta takes over the reins from Libby Jamieson who left the position in December 2010.
