African American writer, editor, and transgender rights activist, Raquel Willis was in Melbourne town for FLCC’s Transforming Democracy 2018 and joined 3CR Breakfast over a number of weeks for a broad discussion of rights including colonisation, race, gender and abolition. At the time of interview she was a national organizer for the Transgender Law Center. Raquel is now the executive editor of Out Magazine
