CAPE GRIM

The C.S.I.R.O scientists at Cape Grim might not see themselves on the frontline. Yet the pure air they have gathered there for decades is a benchmark for the world. Artist Jessie Boylan went to Tasmania to find images of the long emergency exemplified by creeping parts per million of CO2 from 350 to 410.7 measured today at Cape Grim.She asks,  why is so much destruction of the Biosphere sold to us as advancement?

Bob Brown says "The Health of the Biosphere is in trouble". KIRIBATI

Former PM of Kiribati calls for a global moratorium on  new coal mines. He says politics is about local issues. Politicising climate change which is a global problem has been the greatest drag on progress. He says to us your leadershipm is not representing yoiu. Take responsibility .You cannot keep your emissions to yourself they are affecting us.

"People think they are a few rows back from the frontline, but once you're at the front it's too late"
