Evelyn Araluen joined us on 25 March 2021 to speak about her debut collection of poetry, Dropbear. Evelyn is a poet, researcher and co-editor of the Overland literary journal. She has been awarded the Nakata Brophy Prize for Young Indigenous Writers, the Judith Wright Poetry Prize and a Wheeler Centre Next Chapter Fellowship. Evelyn was born and raised on Dharug Country and she descends from the Bundjalung Nation.//

As a family woman searching for deeper meaning through sound and voice, Lash’s is a musical vision of eclectic rarities that is embodied by culture and experience. She caught up with Priya for our show on 2 December 2021 to speak about her new album Spiritual Misfit, which was released with Heavy Machinery Records on 22 November.//
