Earlier in the week, Rosie spoke with Dan Hogan, a working-class writer and public-school teacher. They currently live and work on Dharug and Gadigal Country. In their spare time, Dan runs small DIY publisher Subbed In. Dan joined us to discuss the Religious Discrimination Bill, the harmful consequences of the public discourse on trans and gender diverse people, and why private schools should be abolished.

Nasser Mashni is the Vice President of the Australian Palestine Advocacy Network and co-presenter of Palestine Remembered, Australia’s only radio show dedicated to Palestine, Saturday mornings at 9:30am on 3CR. They join us to talk about their case against the Australian Government, following official comments made in support of Israel last year.

Racerage aka Mini Miller is a queer Blak radical rapper based on Wurundjeri country. They join us today to have a chat about their debut album Black Medusa. This majestic record uses the mythology of Medusa to explore their living experiences, different paths to healing, and finding strength. It is the soundtrack to a shared decolonised, queer, and accessible future. You can find Black Medusa on Bandcamp.

Emma is the COVID-19 Testing Coordinator At Cohealth. They manage all testing operations for cohealth and have played an active role in testing, isolation support and outbreak responses across the Northern and Western Suburbs of Melbourne since the beginning of the pandemic.
