Val mans the studio solo today as Faith deals with a family whittling emergency.
Today's program focuses on an interview with planning consultant Stephen Rowley of RCI PLaning about the recent VCAT decision not to issue a permit for Bunnings on Glenlyon Road, Brunswick. Stephen represented some residents in the VCAT hearing and talks about recent ammendments to the planning scheme that bolster active transport provisions, while other areas of planning policy are still to grapple with the implications of large format retail.
