Michael Wright - National Secretary of the Electrical Trades Union on why this Industrial Revolution has to be different that the first one. " Less Oliver Twist". Annie Mc Loughlin from Stick Together discusses the dangers for unqualified or unsupervised workers in remote solar or wind projects. 

Michael also spoke at the Smart Energy Conference where they have a big focus on upgrading trade certification.
