Disrupt Australia's Biggest Weapons Expo.

Land Forces is the largest land based weapons expo in the Southern Hemisphere. In 2024 it will be held at the Melbourne Exhibition and Convention Centre and Wage Peace is organising a festival of resistance running from September 8-14.

Disrupt Land Forces Public Meeting,  Black Spark, Friday 21 June
Various frontline community members and activists spoke of their experiences at the hands of the global military industrial complex, and the importance of international solidarity against imperialist structures. Speakers: MC Nathalie Farah, community organiser and campaigner for Disrupt Land Forces; Jasper Coen-Hunter, member of the Black Peoples Union; Mai Saif, longtime Palestinian activist and organiser and member of Free Palestine Melbourne and the Palestinian Community Association of Victoria; Gaby Alamin, Sahrawi educator and member of the Australia Western Sahara Association; Marcelo Villalobos, former member of the Manuel Rodriguez Patriotic Front, a guerrilla organisation fighting against Pinochet's dictatorship in Chile; Geril, Secretary-General of Anakbayan Melbourne and member of BAYAN Australia, representing the fighting Filipino masses and their struggles; Adolf Mora, West Papuan community member and activist; Marisol Salinas Caicheo, proud Mapuche Huilliche Indigenous activist from Wallmapu and Puelmapu (Chile and Argentina) and coordinator of the Latin American Solidarity Network
