Stopping a nuclear dump on Adnyamathanha lands

A large crowd of people of all ages outside, in front of a gum tree, holding protest signs that read "No dump", "Danger", "No Cultural genocide", "No nuclear future", "It's Adnyamathanha land Mr Chapman - always was, always will be - No waste dump". There is a Adnyamathanha flag being held up in the centre and an Aboriginal flag held on the right.

The McKenzie sisters led the successful fight to stop a nuclear waste dump at Wallerberdina Station on Adnyamathanha lands in South Australia. At the national Australia Nuclear Free Alliance (ANFA) meeting, two of the sisters (Vivienne McKenzie and Heather Stuart) and their niece (Lavene Ngatokorua) reflect on the fight to keep their homelands free of nuclear waste.
