Today I am replaying an interview I did with writer director Madeine Mariniello about her film Palazzo di Cozzo, a quintessentially Australian document. Palazzo di Cozzo documents the life and times of the larger than life character Franco Cozzo furniture magnate in Melbourne but also a symbol of the arrival of Italian migrants after the second world war into a determinedly anglo White Australian story line.
