Muru here II Muru is a 2022 New Zealand action-drama film about the 2007 New Zealand police raids of the Ngai Tuhoe community of Ruatoki We talk with the director Tearepa Kapi and one of the actors who was a main target of the original raids, Tame Iti. For Maori the events of 2007 were merely an extention of the raids on the community in 1916 with fatal results.
