The 3CR CRAM Guide is the station's annual magazine free to subscribers. This year the 2014 CRAM joins the resistance! The guide focuses on how 3CR has been the voice of community activism and place of resistance since our inception. Plus we celebrate our proud history of union affiliation, Indigenous solidarity and our role in supporting and growing community campaigns both locally and overseas.

Tune in from 7am to hear all about the history of May Day, worker controlled projects, Palestinian workers rights, anti-boss Songs, disclosure in the workplace, campaign updates and much much more. Each year on 1 May communities from around the world join in celebrating the achievements of the labour movement and show solidarity with the continued struggle for labour rights everywhere. Fire Up MUA is events and issues in the Maritime industry, politics and community. Presented by 3CR affiliate the Maritime Union of Australia. Alternates fortnightly with the Plumbers Union of Australia.
