7:30AM // Speeches from this Sunday's Free Palestine Rally Naarm: the first is from Mai Saif, rally MC, Palestinian woman, longtime activist for the local Palestinian Community and member of Free Palestine Melbourne. The second is from Louisa Bassini, Victorian Socialists candidate for Merri-Bek and Australian Services Union (ASU) delegate, who led the walkout for Palestine earlier this year, discussing union support and strike actions as key strategies for organising around justice for Palestine.
