Ajak Kwai brings in a special guest this wednesday, Nigerian-German folk singer Damen Samuel, who shares for the first time his upcoming single, Close Your Eyes, and tells us about his upbringing as a black man in East Berlin at the height of the Cold War, and how that and many other experiences has inspired his music. Ajak Kwai also plays some of her favourites, Sunny Man and Tony Allen of Africa 70.
