The panel featured the voices of people around the Pacific Rim whose livelihoods depend on the ocean and continue to be impacted by radioactive industries, including TEPCO's approach to its responsibility to the Fukushima community. Chiyo Oda is a member of the Fuku-shima civil environmental protection organisation and Dr Arjun Makhijani is President of the Institute for Energy & Environment Research.
