3CR is in the running to win four national community broadcasting awards!

Soon you'll be able to join the Mental Illness Fellowship (pictured during training) on air with their new show - Brainwaves - Wednesdays 5 - 5.30pm. Starting on 13 October, the show will challenge the mainstream, negative stereotypes of people with a mental illness and actively engage those living with a mental illness as researchers, interviewers, performers and program designers while promoting community mental health awareness.
Each month tens of thousands of people download 3CR podcasts to listen to alternative community radio shows at a time that's good for them.
There are currently over 30 3CR programs available via podcast covering everything from gardening to anarchism, Palestine to economics. Listen to a 3CR podcast today.

Congratulations to 3CR broadcaster and technical support, Matthew Wright (pictured centre), on winning the EcoGen Clean Energy - Young Industry Leader Award 2010.

You can hear Matthew and the team each week on Beyond Zero Emissions programming Mondays between 5 - 6pm and Fridays between 8.30 - 9am. Get the latest on clean and alternative energies from the experts and the award winners!
