Join us this Saturday 26 January for a Survival Day special broadcast. Crossing live  to the Gertrude Street Rally 3CR's Indigenous programmers will present an outside broadcast from the Belgrave Survival Day celebrations. Programming kick off at 12 noon Normal 0 and goes through til 4pm.

On Sunday 20 January 1842 two Indigenous freedom fighters became the first people executed in Victoria. Tunnerminnerwait and Maulboyheenner were hanged on the corner of Swanston and LaTrobe Streets. Since 2008, the Tunnerminnerwait and Maulboyheener Commemoration Committee has organised a commemoration and broadcast to remember the execution and to highlight the unfinished business that still exists between indigenous and non indigenous Australians.

3CR is celebrating International Day of People with Disability on Monday 3 December with 12 hours of radio presented by 3CR's diverse community of disability activists and friends.
