Pepe Deluxé, the innovative duo of Helsinki's James Spectrum and New York's Paul Malmström, crafted an auditory masterpiece with "Phantom Cabinet Vol. 1”.

A decade in the making, "Phantom Cabinet Vol. 1" presented their unique ability to blend diverse sonic elements into a captivating musical journey.

Building on their reputation for musical alchemy, Pepe Deluxé have now released "Comix Sonix" through the Catskills label based in Brighton UK.

This album further pushes the boundaries of their sampling technique, creating a rich, psychedelic soundscape. Finnish National Radio YLE journalist Pekka Lane aptly described it: "Comix Sonix feels like standing on the threshold of a profound psychedelic experience, with echoes of Syd Barrett's spirit dancing within a fractured consciousness, illuminated by an enigmatic light."
