Women on the Line presents a Fundraiser at The Old Bar! Join us for a night of great music, door raffles, drinks and that warm

3CR's Roominations team (Tony, Daz, Dale and Tojo pictured) will again be hosting a live outside broadcast from the Where The Heart Is Festival. Held each year in Edinburgh Gardens, the festival is for people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness and features music, performance, lifestyle and pampering activities, art, games and community information.

In 2012 3CR is celebrating International Women's Day with 24 hours of women's only radio as well as a street party and live outside broadcast. Tune in on Thursday 8 March for diverse and radical women's voices on the airwaves - current affairs, science, music, poetry, books, human rights, music, laughter and much more will be part of the feast of women's talents and voices on 3CR 855AM, 3CR Digital and 3cr.org.au

Congratulations to Sally Goldner (pictured) and Peter Goad, 3CR programmers who have been recognised for their fabulousness. Sally Goldner was listed lucky number 7 on the Age Melbourne Magazine's Top 100 Influential and Creative People. Sally produces and presents Out of the Pan on Sundays from 12-1pm and was acknowledged for her advocacy and campaigning on transgender rights.

Everyone is welcome to come along to the Beyond the Bars 8 CD launch on Wednesday 16 November from 6-8pm. Hosted by broadcaster and singer/songwriter Kutcha Edwards, there'll be speakers, performers, as well as light refreshments and non-alcoholic beverages.

3CR's Jazz on a Saturday show is celebrating 35 years on air. Tune in during October and celebrate the program’s history and jazz in Melbourne, including a live broadcast from the Wangaratta Festival of Jazz on 29 October. Jazz on a Saturday first went to air on the 2 October 1976. Today the show is still doing what it started out to do - broadcasting great jazz and news about the jazz scene. Tune in each Saturday from 4 - 5.30pm.

Join Women on the Line for an evening of love gone wild. Come along to see Tabloid - a documentary on a former Miss Wyoming who is charged with abducting and imprisoning a young Mormon Missionary.
