3CR would like to announce a timely and important new show to our grid - Refugee Radio. This new program aims to give asylum seekers and refugees a voice; a chance to speak out and let you know that they are just like us, people with hopes and aspirations, people who deserve to be treated as we would expect to be treated if, by the accident of birth, we found ourselves in their position. Refugee Radio is on air every Sunday at 10 - 10.30am on 3CR.
Tune in throughout NAIDOC week to 3CR to hear Beyond the Bars - Australia's only live prison broadcast. In this federal election year, 3CR Community Radio will be asking you to make a political donation that matters. As the two major political parties slug it out - the choice is clear – a donation to 3CR is a vote for 3CR’s progressive alternative coverage of social, cultural and political issues.
To celebrate our 2013 Radiothon, 3CR's Burning Vinyl will be broadcasting live from The Old Bar every Friday in June from 2-4pm
