Girls on Air is the winner of the Excellence in Ethnic and Multicultural Broadcasting Award and "Turn Up Your Radio" is winner of the Most Innovative Outside Broadcast or Special Event Broadcast.

The Station Manager is responsible for the overall day to day management of the station, including the coordination of staff and ensuring access and equity for 3CR’s volunteer workers and affiliates. The Manager also acts as the Executive Officer to the 3CR Committee of Management and to Community Radio Federation.

After nearly 5 years as Station Manager and 9 years as Volunteer Training Coordinator Libby Jamieson has resigned. She will remain in the position until 24th December 2010 while the Committee of Management begins its recruitment of a new manager.

3CR is in the running to win four national community broadcasting awards!

Soon you'll be able to join the Mental Illness Fellowship (pictured during training) on air with their new show - Brainwaves - Wednesdays 5 - 5.30pm. Starting on 13 October, the show will challenge the mainstream, negative stereotypes of people with a mental illness and actively engage those living with a mental illness as researchers, interviewers, performers and program designers while promoting community mental health awareness.
